The Titan 8020099 Replacement Ford Cab & Chassis Fuel Tank is an Extra Heavy Duty tank for your 1999-2010 Ford F350-550!! This frame mounted, after axle 40 Gallon Capacity replacement tank for Ford Cab & Chassis trucks and some E-Series vans with diesel engines. This tank is constructed of military grade cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE). Compatible with most bio-diesel fuel, this tank solves the problem of the lining failure and corrosion in the OEM steel tanks. It's corrosion proof material is extremely durable and features a drain plug for easy maintenance. Complete with rollover vent valve and vent hose. Fits in the place of the OEM stock tank and uses the existing sending unit. For diesel fueled vehicles only. Lifetime warranty on tank body.

Application Notes:
The Titan 40 Gallon Tank generally replaces after-axle diesel tanks for 1999-2010 Ford F350, F450 and F550 cab and chassis applications that utilize PS-123 sending units. It may also be used for diesel powered E-Series Vans which use PS-191 sending units with the Titan Sending Unit Adaption Kit 029910 (see below).
You can double check your application by contacting your local Ford dealer with your VIN number for a fuel tank parts breakdown. In most cases this product replaces any of the following Ford OEM Part Numbers: XC3Z9002AA, 6C3Z9002BA, 6C3Z9002A, 6C3Z9002E, 6C3Z9002F, 3C3Z9002AA, 5C3Z9002BB.
1999-2000 F-350 Cab & Chassis Owners: Many 1999-2000 F-350 Cab & Chassis models are equipped with a 37-gallon fuel tank. The 37-gallon factory mounting hardware must be replaced to install the Titan 40-gallon fuel tank. The additional Ford parts required can be found at your local Ford Dealer:

  • Titan Sending Unit Adaption Kit 029910 (See Below)
Note: Miles to Empty on dash display can be corrected by using custom aftermarket tuning like SCT or EZ-Lynk
