Tuning can affect powertrain warranty claims at the dealer's discretion. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects you from blanket warranty denials, but in practice dealers will sometimes deny powertrain claims on tuned trucks. If your truck is still under warranty and coverage matters to you, talk to us before ordering — we can advise on options including reverting to stock before service visits.
No. All tunes are delivered electronically via the EZ Lynk cloud. You'll need an EZ Lynk Auto Agent device (we sell them, or you can use one you already own). Plug it into your OBD port, log in, download the tune, and flash. The whole process takes 15-20 minutes the first time.
We offer tune revisions. Add a turbo, injectors, fuel system, anything — send us the details and we'll update your tunes. We mean lifetime: as long as you own the truck.
Most custom Cummins tunes are delivered within 1-2 hours or quicker of order. Rush options are available for urgent builds — contact us before ordering if you need it faster.
It depends entirely on your truck. A bone-stock 6.7 Cummins might see 80-150 RWHP gains. A truck with supporting mods (intake, exhaust, fuel system) can see substantially more. We never overpromise — we tune for what your truck and your goals actually need, not for dyno numbers we can't deliver safely.

When done right, yes — and "done right" is what we do. Our tunes respect EGT limits, fueling safety, and transmission torque capacity. The risk comes from generic, mail-order tunes that don't account for your specific setup. That's why custom is the right path.
A properly built MPG-focused tune typically improves fuel economy by 1-3 MPG in normal driving and 2-5 MPG when towing. Your driving habits matter — heavy foot, heavy fuel. But for most owners, the MPG tune pays for itself in 12-24 months.
