Its bar-and-plate core was developed to stand up to the vibration and shock load your RZR Turbo might be subjected to while out on the trail, bog, rocks, or dunes. Our intercooler end tanks are CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum then precision TIG-welded, unlike the unreliable plastic found in the OEM cooler, making it resistant to cracks and leaks. As with all our products, the Mishimoto Intercooler for the 2016+ Polaris RZR XP Turbo is backed by our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty. Free ground shipping will be UPS ground, typically 5-7 business days or sooner. Expidited shipping is available on in stock products only.

What's the returns policy?

Most items are returnable unopened within 30 days of purchase. A stocking fee of 20% will be deducted for all returns. Items that are non-refundable are special order, custom made, powder coated, electrical or oversize items. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
