Replace the cracked manifolds in your 2015-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke F-250/350 or 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke F-350/450/550 Cab & Chassis with the BD-Power 1043008 Exhaust Manifold Kit. These Hi-Silicon ductile iron manifolds feature 0.275" walls that are 75% thicker than the stock manifolds to minimize the risk of cracking. Thermal endurance has been improved with thicker machined bolting flanges and longer exhaust studs & spacers that are black oxide coated. The manifolds have been coated in a tough, high temperature POR 15 coating that is a rust-preventive paint and will not chip or crack.
The BD-Power 1043008 Exhaust Manifold Kit was engineered using computation fluid dynamics and gasket matched exhaust ports to maximize exhaust flow. This kit includes exhaust manifold gaskets, cross over tube gasket, EGR port gaskets, meaning these manifolds are fully EGR compatible. A complete hardware kit, M8 stud installation tool, and a 3 Year / 75,000 mile warranty make this manifold kit the perfect combination of performance and reliability.
