C59BOS305SAC100HF is a +100HP SAC injector with approximately 37% greater flow nozzle. The injector starts out as a a Genuine Bosch Reman injector. These injectors are rebuilt at a Bosch Authorized facility with Bosch parts. They are built comparable to the Bosch MotorSport (BMS) injectors commonly sold before Bosch requested that "BMS" and "Bosch MotorSports" division requested that performance injectors not be sold under those names. These injectors have the newest style DGV valve set, performance honed Bosch sac nozzles, and high flow calibration (= to 5 or 10% more flow). Part #'s with "HF Designation are calibrated with extra lift so the injectors flow more, so gains of about 25HP are achieved with the same size nozzle. Injectors are either modified at the Bosch Authorized facility with performance nozzles or nozzles installed at our location and tested on our common rail test stand. Fits 2003-2004 250, 285 and 305HP Dodge Cummins 5.9L as well as some Freightliner and Ford applications.

Comes with new copper washer and connector tube o-ring.
