Why change to the Help Desk. Utilizing this new system will allow us to solve problems and concerns faster, efficiently and more accurately.
How to Navigate:
Select the Emblem in the bottom right corner to open the Help Desk.
Bottom Middle: Knowledge Base
This will have previous articles related to troubleshooting, downloads and solved problems from other customers that may help you quicker.
Bottom Right: Tickets
Still need support, select "Ticket" to submit a support ticket and we will respond as quickly as we can. Using the ticket system will allow us to easily add to the knowledge base for other customers looking for the same answers.
