What carrier do you use to ship?

We use UPS,USPS and FedEx. We will decide which carrier will be used.

How long does it take to get my order?

All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Usually takes 3-5 days to receive your item depending on size and availability. Unless it is out of stock, then it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. May take 1-2 weeks if shipped direct from manufacturer.

I can't find what I am looking for?

We can supply many major brands. If you can't find what you are looking for you can contact us and we will help you out.

I am not sure if the product will fit my vehicle?

If you are unsure the product you are interested in will fit your application, contact us and we will help you out.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We have a 14 day guarantee on all items, except for Custom Tuning & Special Order Parts (Custom Powder Coated Products). Some manufacturers allow up to 30 days. If you have questions please contact us.

Core return policy.

Please request to return and select core return from dropdown and fill out form. Once requested we will send you a form and return label to return to us. Core return money will be reimbursed within 3-5 days.

How do I know the product I order is in stock or not?

Our website does not have a live update feature. Items can be out of stock and still allow checkout. We try and send a update email to inform you with a eta whether it is out of stock or shipping from the manufacturer. Some items , under details will show if it only ships from manufacturer. Some items that we do stock and track will be live and show out of stock if we are out. But having 100s of brands that we stock and ship direct from manufacturer it is not possible to control live data levels.

Do you have instructions on how to install my product?

Yes. We have many documents on all of the products we sell. Contact us and we will send them via email or search our knowledge base..

Do you charge sales tax?

Only Illinois residents will be charged sales tax. Purchases made outside of Illinois may be subject to tax in your state. If so, reporting the purchase and payment of these taxes is the purchaser's responsibility.

How do I track my shipment?

We will email and update your account info with the tracking number so you can watch when your order will arrive.
