The DTech DT600004R Remanufactured High Pressure Oil Pump is a direct replacement for the factory pump in your 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Each pump is remanufactured to DTech's stringent specifications to meet the latest standards and improvements. Each pump is completely dismantled and inspected prior to the sub-assembly testing and adjustment stages. Each unit is backed by the DTech two-year warranty.

Note: The best way to determine the proper pump for your application is to check the build date and the ICP sensor location. Trucks built after September 30th, 2003 or with an ICP sensor located on the passenger side valve cover (above the glow plug control module) will use this pump.

Consumer/Non-Professional Installers - 1 Year, Unlimited Mileage Warranty.
Professional Shop / Automotive Truck Installers - 2 Years, Unlimited Mileage Warranty.
This warranty applies to product used under normal operating conditions and service. Repairs, modification, disassembly or any other alteration of DTech products from their original condition are not covered by this warranty. Warranty will not be extended to failures caused by incorrect installation or application, modification, contamination, negligence or abuse. The warranty does not extend to diagnostic time, incidental or consequential damages.

Does it come with a warranty?

Any products listed will have a warranty provided by the manufacturer only. Stealth Diesel is not liable for any warranty. We can assist in warranty claims but we do not provide warranty on items we dont manufacturer. Most products have a 1 year warranty. We recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer, but we are availble to assist with any issues or concerns for troubleshooting.

How fast is shipping?

Free ground shipping will be UPS ground, typically 5-7 business days or sooner. Expidited shipping is available on in stock products only.

What's the returns policy?

Most items are returnable unopened within 30 days of purchase. A stocking fee of 20% will be deducted for all returns. Items that are non-refundable are special order, custom made, powder coated, electrical or oversize items. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
